  • Promote testing best practices and CI/CD workflows.
  • Understand systems to shape quality strategies.
  • Create and optimize test plans, focusing on automation.
  • Guide and educate engineers on testing techniques.
  • Troubleshoot issues, review test code, and monitor quality metrics.

  • 🌟 Passion for Quality: A long-term commitment to driving excellence in quality engineering.
  • 💡 Testing Expertise: Solid understanding of the testing pyramid, including its more technical layers.
  • 🛠️ Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and JUnit.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Familiarity with software architectures, including components and dependencies.
  • 🚀 CI/CD Knowledge: Good understanding of CI/CD practices and their integration into the SDLC.
  • 🎓 Manual Testing: Expertise in manual testing phases, including exploratory testing.
  • 💪 Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to take the lead and drive solutions when needed.
  • 🌐 Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English.
